I will remember Matt as a great father and a loving husband. I'm so happy we got to reconnect after I moved back to Kentucky several years ago. I have grown fond of his family and my heart hurts for them. There is Hayden, who Matt couldn't be prouder of. He plays football at DeSales, super well mannered and will be a junior this year. Patrick who is the smartest little boy you will ever meet. Always reading, learning and sharing his new found knowledge. Then Maggie she is funny and playful. She loves to talk and tell ya stories about stuff. She loves her animals and was Daddy's princess. Matt and his wife Jessica Nix Logsdon have built and nurtured a strong legacy. I will miss him greatly. But whenever I want to be reminded of how great a man he was, all I have to do is look at those 3 children! Farewell my friend, you were awesome!
