I met Phyllis and Charles on the first day I went to work for Abilene Christian University. They both welcomed me and told me (with tongue in cheek) they were sorry I had to work in the department I was hired for:-) I was still at ACU when Charles passed suddenly. Phyllis will always be remembered for her demure demeanor and the love of Christ that was always shining through her.
