To the family of David Cooper,

I had the good fortune to have worked with Dave at KY Blue Cross & Blue Shield. I also had lunch with him at the most recent golf outing. Was greatly saddened reading of his passing. I want to offer my condolences to his family and will keep you in my prayers.
