DOBSON, Alaine B., 91, passed away on Monday, August 03, 2015 in Elizabethtown, KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Raymond Dobson; her parents, Ben and Alberta Barlow; sisters, Evelaine B. Roller and Carolyn Jacobs; and a brother, Victor “Vic” Barlow.

She is survived by a sister, Prentie M. Lamb, Carson City, Nevada; two brothers, Ben Barlow, Frankfort, KY and Edward Barlow, Elizabethtown, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

Alaine formerly lived in Louisville and was employed by the Reynolds Metal Co. as an accountant. She was also a member of A.S.W.A. and Altrusa Clubs. After retirement, she moved to Jacksonville, FL, where she was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 7, 2015 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.

Visitation will be from 2-4 & 6-8 on Thursday at Highlands.
