Condolences

Condolence From: John Van Osdol
Condolence: What a good person and great friend. We shared many good IBM experiences while
working and since retirement have kept in touch via the telephone. I will miss his good humor, forthright speech and honesty which made him a special man. He loved life and most of all his family. We value our friendship with Al and Edna he will certainly be missed.

Condolence From: Tedda Baehr
Condolence: I remember Al with great respect and affection. He was a great teacher and leader. We also had a lot of fun the years I worked with him - especially going to Churchill Downs for lunch, a hot dog, coke and two races. My sympathies on your great loss. Tedda Baehr

Condolence: Al was one of the "good guys" from the time at IBM when our "family" was huge. The smile in his picture is the one he wore most days. We'll miss you, Al. Thanks for being part of my life and my wonderful IBM memories!

Condolence From: Kevin Blair
Condolence: I will always remember and respect Al as my first true business and career mentor when he hired me at IBM over 35 years ago. His personal touch, thoughtful advice, valuable guidance, and "leadership by example" were meaningful characteristics that remain embedded in my personal approach to life and career today. Throughout my professional career, no one has matched Al's commitment to teach and lead. He had a profound impact on the careers and lives of so many people he touched as a business colleague, manager, and personal friend. Our thoughts and prayers are extended to Edna and all of the Graehler family members. Kevin & Anne Blair

Condolence From: Tom Medley
Condolence: I want to express my sympathy to the entire family and know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Papaw Graehler was an incredible man and he was like a second father to me. He was there for me many times throughout the years. I will always love and respect Papaw Graehler for being an excellent role model and for displaying so much love towards my children as well as all the family. He displayed so much drive and admiration for life that he has been an inspiration to us all. Thank you for creating so many wonderful memories that I was always treasure.
May you now rest in peace with the Lord by your side……..Love, Tom Medley
