LASLEY, Alverna Frances, 90, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Hurstbourne Care Center.
Born in Louisville, the former Alverna Herl worked in the sewing department at Sears for 20 years, and was a member of St. Raphael.
She was preceded in death by 11 siblings.
Alverna is survived by her daughter, Judy Ohlman; and grandchildren, Wendy and Brad Ohlman.
Her funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 14 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Friday at Highlands.
