HUFFINE, Ann Marie, 90, of Jeffersonville, IN, died Thursday February 18, 2016 at Baptist Health, with her family at her side.
Born in Louisville to the late George and Mary Julia Miller, she was a retired executive secretary for the Indiana Army Ammunition Plant. Ann was a graduate of Jeffersonville H.S., was a member of the Optimist Evening Club, and was a cantor at her church, St. Augustine in Indiana.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Robert Lee Huff; her brother, George Miller; and sisters, Mary Miller, Mary Margaret Whelan, Mary Rose Oller, and Jane Kaiser.
Ann is survived by her sons, Sam Huff (Carol) and John K. Huffine (Jocelyn); sister, Joan Raap; grandsons, Sam Huff (Lynn), Daniel Huff (Heather), Michael Huff, and Christopher Huff; and great-grandchildren, Madison and Mason.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church, Bardstown Road at Lancashire Avenue, with entombment to follow in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-7 pm Monday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
