Anne Griffiths  Boldrick (Bakrow)
BOLDRICK, Anne Griffiths, 89, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2014.

She was the former Anne Bakrow and a homemaker.

Anne was preceded in death by her husband, George D. Boldrick, parents, James Griffith Bakrow and Edna (Schmidt) Bakrow, sister, Betty Keegan, son, James Lawrence Boldrick and great-granddaughter, Hannah L. Smith.

She is survived by daughters; Mary Anne Rogers (James), Catherine Calkins (Russell), Elizabeth “Betsy” Smith (Larry); son, George D. Boldrick, Jr. (Rosemarie), 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

The family wishes to express their gratitude for the dedicated and loving care received from Dr. Jane Cornett, Angie Ethridge APRN, and her caregivers: Patti Randolph, Deborah McAtee, Brenda Brown, Becky Fike, Sylvia Simpson and Sidney Berry.

The funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday at St. Louis Bertrand, 1104 S. 6th St. with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. A reception will follow at The Episcopal Church Home.


Visitation will be from 1 – 5 pm on Sunday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
