HOLTGRAVE, CHARLENE (SCHIESS), 73, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at her home.
Born in Louisville, she was a graduate of Presentation Academy, worked 25 years in real estate sales and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Schiess.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, James Holtgrave; her children, Jim Holtgrave (Kathy), Greg Holtgrave (Kristin) and their children, Lauren, Meagan, Caroline, Maxwell, Jacob and Isabella, Bob Holtgrave (Katey) and their sons, David and Mark, Mary Lou Whitfield (Glenn), and their daughters, Casey, Maddie, Allison, and Tess, and Ann Logsdon (Doug) and their children, Ben, Matthew, Brett and Brooke; daughter-in-law, Lisa Blaser; brother, Kenneth Schiess; and sister, Kathleen Jones.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. July 6, 2012 at her church, 1960 Bardstown Rd. with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Thursday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
