JOHNSON, CHARLES LOGAN, 86, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Baptist Hospital East.
He served in World War II in the Coast Guard, worked at National Caskets as a salesman and retired from Cave Hill Cemetery as a head guard.
He is survived by his wife, the former Carol Kimberger; his son, Charles Jr. (Lynda); daughters, Bonnie Tosh (Dwight), Hope Proctor (Gary), Faith Killinder and Joy Hagan (Mike); nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. August 11, 2010 at Southeast Christian Church with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery following. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m., Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
