BALTENBERGER,
Chester James, Jr., 81, of Louisville, passed away Monday, October 26, 2015.
He was a retired pharmacist where he enjoyed his work. Chester was an Army veteran and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church where he was a member of the 3M Club. He was a member of the Cardinal Twirlers Square Dance Club. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Pharmacy in 1954.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and granddaughter, Melanie Ann Baltenberger.
Chester is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, the former Ann Mercker; children, Jimmy B., David B. (Debbie), Lou Ann Stone (Mike) and Michael B. (Julie); and seven grandchildren.
His memorial service will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, October 29 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of the service Thursday at Highlands.
