BRITT, CRECIE SNEED, 80, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2010.
She was retired from Bell South, a Telephone Pioneer and a member of Hazelwood Baptist Church.
Crecie was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Britt; parents, Lawrence and Amye Sneed; brother, Bernard Sneed; and sisters, Mildred Clark, Louise Combs, Helen Berk and Marzella Lockner.
She is survived by her son, David Britt (Darla); daughter, Pam Stonestreet (Mike); brothers, Lawrence Sneed Jr., William Sneed, Bobby Sneed and Harold Sneed; sisters, Margaret Vittitow, Jane Stopher, Ruby Market, Janet Thompson and Edna Doherty and three granddaughters.
Her funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville, IN. Visitation will be from 4 -8 p.m. Monday at Highlands.
