WHEALDON, DAVID THOMAS "TOM" SR., 84, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2012 at Frankfort Regional Hospital.
He was a retired MSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Bluegrass Mental Health, and a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Whealdon.
He is survived by his sons, David T. Whealdon Jr. and Clyde Russell Whealdon.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road with burial to follow in Green Hills Memorial Gardens in Middlesboro, KY. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday at Highlands.
