Merrifield, Dorothy, 95, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Golden Living St. Matthews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Anna Rose Merrifield; brothers, George Sr., Samuel and John Merrifield; sisters Edna Finn and Marie Schupp; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Thursday, February 24, 2011 at St. Francis of Assisi Church. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 p.m., at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
