FAHEY, Elaine, 86, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, May 26. She was the former Elaine Littrell.
She was a retired Secretary of the former Woolworth, and a retired bookkeeper for the former Gordon Foods.
Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, the late Bernard Fahey Sr. who passed in 1986. She is also preceded in death by 2 children, Janet Fahey and Lisa Fahey Ziegler.
She is survived by a son, Bernard “Bernie” E. Fahey Jr. (Linda), and daughter, Joan Thieman (Tom); 2 siblings; a sister, Laverne Watts, and brother, John V. Littrell; and 5 grandchildren, Damon, Ryan, Joel, Max, and Katie.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 28 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 1840 E. 8th St, Jeffersonville, IN at 9:00 a.m. Visitation will be at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd., Friday from 2-8 and Saturday at 8:30 a.m., at the church, until time of Mass, with burial in Calvary cemetery.
