REDMOND, ESSIE BROWN, 92, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2011.
She retired from Redmond Brokerage Co. where she was the co-founder.
Essie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George T. Redmond; and son, G. Thomas Redmond II.
She is survived by her children, Alicia Redmond and Kevin Redmond (Janie); daughter-in-law, Shari Redmond; brother, I.T. Brown (Tu); seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A private memorial is planned with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Heart Association or Hosparus of Louisville.
