GREEN, ETHEL MARIE (EDWARDS), 78, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2012.
She was a retired JCPS high school counselor at Westport, Eastern and Southern. She received her MA from Western KY State College in 1963 and BS from University of Kentucky in 1957. She graduated from Shawnee H.S. in 1952. She was a true blue Wildcat fan.
Ethel was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Edwards.
She is survived by her son, Thomas K. Green; daughter, Teri L. Green; grandson, Christopher O. Malone; her sister, Marcella Daboul and a host of cousins and friends.
Her memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2012 at St. Peters United Church of Christ 13th & Jefferson, Louisville, KY.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at the church.
