DUERR, Foster W., 86, of Louisville, died Thursday, May 15, at his home.
Born in Louisville, he was a U S Navy veteran of WWII, retired from retail sales, and a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Dimple H. Duerr; his children, Linda Whitaker, Gary F. Duerr, and Keith D. Duerr ; 5 grandchildren, Jimmy, Ben (Nancy), Clark, Jaime and Elise; and 1 great granddaughter, Jayla.
Foster was a dear and loving husband, father, grandfather and “pepaw”. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
His memorial service will be at 1 pm Tuesday, May 20th at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with burial of ashes to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery.
Memorial visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm Tuesday at Highlands.
