LAWS, Sr., Gerald F., 78, of Louisville, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Baptist Health.
Born in Louisville, he was in the National Guard and retired from International Harvester.
Gerald was preceded in death by two sons, Gerald F. Laws, Jr. “Butch” and Michael Laws.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Elizabeth Laws; children, Becky McNatt (Robert) and Jeff Laws, Sr. (Cindy); grandchildren, Jennifer (Danny), Jason, Jeffrey Jr., Gerald III and Jessica Elizabeth; and great-granddaughter, Lynzie.
His funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Monday, July 28 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-9 pm on Sunday at Highlands.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
