Obituary for Helen W. Foster (Welborn)
FOSTER, Helen (Welborn), 91, of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.
Born in Indianapolis, she worked in the Registrar’s Office at the University of Louisville for 33 years, and was a member of Beechmont Younger Women’s Club and Beechmont Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert F. Foster.
Helen is survived by her son, Robert B. Foster (Carolyn); sister, Norma Zink; and 2 grandchildren, Robert A. Foster (Mindee) and Elizabeth A. Foster.
Her funeral service will be at 12 noon on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at Highlands.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
