MATHER,
Howard Francis “Frank”, 91, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015.
Born in Buffalo, KY, he was a retired administrator for Baptist Towers and a retired Army Sergeant of WWII. He was a member of the Highlands Kiwanis and on the Board of Directors at Treyton Oak Towers.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife, the former Leota Duncan and his parents.
He is survived by his daughter, Vickie Litton (Terry); and sister, Catherine Duncan.
His funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 10 at Walnut Street Baptist Church, 1101 S 3rd St. with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
