COMBS III, Jack M., 34, of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2013.
Born in Louisville, he was a supervisor at Kroger.
Jack is survived by his parents, Jack M. Combs, Jr. and Kay Combs; sisters, Jessica Combs and Ashley Revell (Philip); grandparents, Thelma M. Combs, and Frank and Carlene Milburn; aunts and uncles, Brenda Bowen (Jim), Jennifer Olson (Leonard) and Vicki Reuter (Mike); and many cousins.
His funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 27th at St. Vincent Sojourn Community Church, 1207 S. Shelby St. with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8pm on Tuesday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
