Obituary for Jack R. Thompson
THOMPSON, JACK R., 87, of Louisville, passed away Friday, December 31, 2010 at Baptist Hospital East.
Born in Berwick, PA, he was a retired photo color processor for Standard Gravure. Jack was an Army World War II veteran where he received the Silver Star with Oak Leaf Cluster for his bravery.
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Mary Kreinbrink.
His funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, January 3, 2011 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Highlands
