Obituary for Jacquelyn R. Olson
Olson,
Jacquelyn R., 69, of Louisville, passed away Monday, July 14, 2014.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan and Ann (Applebaum) Rosenblatt.
Jacquelyn is survived by her sons, Michael Olson (Julie) and Scot J. Olson; grandchildren, Christopher, Tiffany, Joshua, Noah and Emily Olson and great-granddaughter, Chloe.
Her graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 18, 2014 at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown RD.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to FEAT of Louisville, 1100 E. Market Street, Louisville, KY 40206.
