Derek was born on October 19, 1970 in Louisville. He was a graduate of the University of Louisville and was a Profit Center Manager for CED/E&H Elizabethtown.
Although he was on this earth for a short time, he lived intensely. He touched our hearts and souls, and his presence in our lives was a gift from God that we will cherish.
