Condolence: Betty and all of Jim's loved ones - I was deeply saddened to hear of your precious Jim's passing. I will always remember him as such a kind and caring man, and he was a terrific Public Works Director who cared for Metro Louisville and all the employees in his Dept. We in Public Works were lucky to have him as our Director, but many of us have been blessed to also call him our friend. He was a wonderful person who will surely be missed not only by you his dear family members, but also by all who knew him. May the Lord send His "Comforter," the Holy Spirit to help ease your sad hearts in the days and weeks to come. God bless you always, in all ways!
