Obituary for John Richard HALL
HALL, JOHN RICHARD SR., 81 passed away Friday, January 22, 2010.
He was a Korean War veteran in the Army, a retired butcher of 50 years from the former Armour Meat Packing Company, a long time member of Meat Packers Union Local 89, an avid golfer and fisherman. John also worked at Valhalla Golf Club.
He was preceded in death by his son, John R. Hall Jr.
John is survived by his wife of 27 years Jeanette; three sons, Don (Joan), Ron (Jennifer) and Greg.; a brother, Buddy Hall; granddaughter, Stephanie (Lee); grandson, Evan; a great-grandson, Ashton; and many other family members and friends.
The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road with visitation from 2-8 p.m. Monday, January 25, 2010.
