John J.  Sullivan
SULLIVAN, John J. “Jack”, 84, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2013.
He had worked for Celanese Coatings Company and CRU Consultants. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and a devoted collector of military history and insignia.
Jack was preceded in death by his sons, Terrance John Sullivan and Barry Joseph Sullivan; and his brother, Bob Sullivan.
He is survived by his wife of over 62 years, Shirley (Paskey) Sullivan; children, Elise Wachspress (Eric), Dennis Sullivan (Pam), Tom Sullivan, Maureen Sullivan, Julie Sullivan and Katie Caswell; daughters-in-law, Ann Sullivan and Denise Steilberg13 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and his sisters, Betsy Bern (Raymond) and Rosemary Howard (Jim).
His funeral Mass will be 10am Wednesday at St. Pius X Church, 3521 Goldsmith Lane, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:30-8pm Tuesday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
