BUNTAIN, JUANITA, 82, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2010.
She was the former owner of St. Matthews Hearing Aid Center and a volunteer at Norton Suburban Hospital.
Juanita is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph W. Buntain; brother, Harry; and son-in-law, Bill Bax.
She is survived by her daughters, Yvonne Johnson, Shelly Buntain (Ken Kalmey), Monica Bax and Annette Yates (Mark); sisters, Ann Broessel and Alice Litwin; and grandchildren, Christopher Johnson (Marla), Jeremy Johnson (Emily) and Brandon Yates (Amanda).
Her funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 29, 2010 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Highlands.
