June D. Vogelsberg, 76, of Louisville, left this world into God's comforting arms on Saturday May 1, 2010 with her family at her side.
She was the former June D Filmer. Her greatest joy in life was her 49 year marriage to her best friend Robert "Bob" Vogelsberg and the family they made together. She was commonly found fishing at Taylorsville Lake and tending her flower garden. She was a member of Southeast Christian Church and actively involved in its ministry. She was the co-founder of the family's business Dee's Crafts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob.
She is survived by her son, Steve Vogelsberg (Helen); daughters, Kathy Olliges (Larry) and Karen Crombie (Mike); seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her brother, Don Filmer.
Her service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Southeast Christian Church Chapel, 920 Blankenbaker Pkwy., with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 2-8 p.m. at Highland Family- Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, and Tuesday from 9-11 a.m. at the Fireside Chapel at Southeast.
