RUNYON, KEITH E., 73, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Baptist Hospital East.
Born in Pike County, KY, he retired from Highlands Funeral Home where he was an assistant manager, funeral director, and embalmer. Keith was in the Army Reserves, member of Harry R. Kendall Lodge #750, Scottish Rite, and the Kosair Shrine.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Bernice Dove; and Sophie Runyon.
He is survived by his loving wife, the former Carolyn Hoskins; sister, Polly Agnes Spencer; and sisters-in-law, Betty Wilder and Joyce Hoskins.
His funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, December 12, 2011 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Highlands.
