Neuling, Kenneth Ray “Grandy”, 78, of Louisville, passed away Monday, January 23, 2012 on his 78th birthday at is home.
He was a graduate of Athens Trade School and after 2 years in Germany with the Army, he came home to work for Fetter Printing Company, a career which lasted 48 years.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Garrott Owen and Carrie Elizabeth Neuling; brothers, Owen and Edward; sisters, Magdaline, Virginia, Mary, Betty and Jane.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Thelma (Vance) Neuling; daughter, Katherine (Steve); son-in-law, Lewis; grandchildren, Sophia Kennan and Samuel Alden; sister, Martha Tinsley and a host of nieces and nephews.
His funeral service will be at Noon, Friday, January 27, 2012 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00 -8:00 p.m. Thursday at Highlands.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Buechel United Methodist Church or Actor’s Theater of Louisville.
