WEIS, LINDA L. WARD MSSW, LCSW, CADC, 65, of Fisherville, passed away at her home Monday, August 9, 2010.
She was born in Louisville to the late Robert and Doris Moats Ward and was a social worker for Dave Harman & Associates. She was also a member and elder at Hopewell Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip S. Weis; sons, Phillip P. and Robert S. Weis (Kathy); brother, Robert L. Ward Jr. (Celeste); sister, Janice L. Long (Al); and grandchildren, Kaleb and Rachel Weis.
Her service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, August 13, 2010 at Hopewell Presbyterian Church, 13721 New Hopewell Road, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road.
