I worked briefly with Loren in the Guardianship Dept. when I first started with VA in 1973(4). I didn't get to see him often. The attys. only came in to pick up new cases and provide us with their itinerary for the week. He was a quiet man, always very respectful. He did a job of great service usually to the elderly vets who could no longer do their own business. He would insure that a guardian was appointed to assume duties as necessary to protect their interest. You have reason to be proud of him.
