Obituary for Lydia C. (Tallon) Watson
WATSON, Lydia C. (Tallon), of Louisville, passed away Monday, December 16, 2013.
She retired from Norton’s Hospital after 30 years, where she had been a supervisor in admitting.
Mrs. Watson was preceded in death by her husband, J. Ben Watson; son, Michael Watson; and her parents, John and Esther (Tabor) Tallon.
She is survived by her children, Stephen Watson, Deborah McClish (Ron), and Doug Watson (Connie); grandchildren, Brian, Scott, and Melanie McClish, Ryan, Stephanie, Joe (Katie) and Suzanne Watson; great grandchildren, Molly and Emily Watson; and caretaker, Jennifer, to whom the family wishes to express their sincere gratitude.
Visitation will be 4-8pm Thursday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road. Her service will be 10am Friday at the chapel in Calvary Cemetery, 1600 Newburg Road, with entombment to follow.
