Shaw-Gardner, Maribel Santiago, 51, of Fayetteville, NC, passed away, Wednesday, September 21, 2011.
She was a native of Utuado, Puerto Rico and a registered nurse. Maribel was preceded in death by her father, Felix Santiago Gonzales; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Shaw; sons, Nicolas Dickman and Zachary Waller; mother, Juanita Santiago Lopez; 3 brothers; 6 sisters and granddaughters, Haley and Erica Hogue.
Her funeral service will be at 7:00 pm Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until time of service Saturday.
