Dean, Marie Stacy, 76, of Louisville passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2011.
She was a loving mother and grandmother and a fun loving, courageous woman. Marie resided in Florida for a number of years before returning to Louisville to enjoy watching her grandchildren grow up. She was an entrepreneur and craftsperson and had various careers during her life. She will be missed.
Marie was preceded in death by her daughter, Lauri Dean.
She is survived by her son, Ted Dean (Julie) and daughter Susan Punter(George III) and grandchildren, George IV and Isabella and the father of her children, Ted L. Dean.
Her memorial visitation will be from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
Her funeral service will be private.
