Hogan, Mary Shannon, 79, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011.
She was retired after 37 years as an administrator and financial controller with the former Eastern Airlines.
Shannon is preceded in death by her parents, Merlin and Mary Hogan, her brother, Merlin J.; sister, Martha J. Doyle; and nephew, Sean Doyle.
She is survived by her nieces, Mary Shannon Doyle McDermott (Tim) and Colleen D. Brewer and nephews, Daniel Doyle (Jill), Brennan Doyle (Debbie), Michael Hogan, Kevin Hogan (Nancy), Jay Hogan (Jackie) and Timothy Hogan.
Her Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Ascension Catholic Church, 4600 Lynnbrook Dr., with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 -8:00 p.m. Monday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
