Mary Jane, 85, of Louisville, passed away Friday, October 08, 2010.
She was the former Mary Jane Walter, a member of St. Brigid Catholic Church, a volunteer at the old Saint Anthony’s Hospital and Our Lady Of Peace, and a member of the Queen’s Daughters.
Mary Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert L. Murphy.
She is survived by her son, J. Clay Murphy; daughter, Janet Murphy Lavey (Gary) and grandchildren, Drew and Colleen Lavey.
Her Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 11, 2010 at St. Brigid Catholic Church, 1520 Hepburn Ave. with burial in St. Michael Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
