Yates Mary E., 87, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at Baptist Hospital East.
Mary was a native of Louisville and was retired from Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Kentucky. She was a member of St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Noel N. Yates, Jr.
Mary is survived by her children, James N. Yates, Sr. (Marisue), William J. Yates (Sandy), Louis W. Yates (Dina), Mary K. Sinclair (John) and Charles T. Yates (Donna); grandchildren, James N. Yates, Jr. (Laura), Stephanie L. Hodges (Jason), Kevin L. Yates (DeAnn), Lori A. Sargent (Greg), Jeremy A. Yates, Amy M. Yates and Christina L. Yates; great-grandchildren, Kyle, Samantha, Caroline and Jackson Yates, Brayden McCarty and Hallie Sargent; sister, Angela Hartman and brother, John Fuchs,(Judy).
Her Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 15, 2011, at St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church, Bardstown Road at Lancashire Ave. with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00 -9:00 p.m. Friday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
