Simmons, Max Reagan Rothe, 6 years-old, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Home of the Innocents.
She positively affected many lives and made those around her learn how to better love one another. Max was born in San Antonio, Texas.
She is survived by her parents, Jason and Robin Simmons; sisters, Mae Ryan Rothe Simmons and Myer Robin Rothe Simmons; her grandparents; and her puppy, Bletch Simmons.
