Gill, Murrell Webb, 89, of Louisville, passed away peacefully Friday, February 10, 2012 at Christopher East Healthcare.
She was a dedicated teacher for Jefferson County Public Schools and attended St. Mark United Methodist Church.
Murrell is survived by her husband of 57 years, Willard Clinton Gill; daughter, Sara Anne Ott; grandson, Matthew Ott; sister, Mary Heady (Reiss); sister-in-law, Marie Combs (Charlie); 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday February 14, 2012 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 2:00 -7:00 p.m. Monday at Highlands.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Alzheimer’s Association or St. Mark United Methodist Church.
