O.V. Martin MARTIN, O.V., 86, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Jewish Hospital.
Born in Corinth, MS, he retired from Jim Beam Brands Company as Vice President and Traffic Manager after 45 years and 9 months of service. O.V. was a proud Army World War II veteran who served heroically at the Battle of the Bulge.
He is survived by his wife, the former Virginia Rogers; son, Roy M. Martin (Heather); and sister, Mary Moorehead (Joe), Starkville, MS.
His funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2010 at Episcopal Church Home, 7504 Westport Rd. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Friday, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Burial will take place in Henry Cemetery, Corinth, MS.
