Baker, Patricia A. (Spurlock), 66, of Clarksville, IN. died at Westminster Health Care on Friday, May 27, 2011.
Patty was a long time member of the Living Church of God. Her church family was very important to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Mathilda Spurlock and a niece, Ruth Ann Suffridge.
Patty is survived by her beloved and devoted husband of 45 years, Richard A. Baker; brother-in-law, Ralph Lee Baker, Allen, TX; her twin sister, Joann Wallace(Edward), Mt. Washington, KY; sister, Wilma Suffridge of Middlesboro, KY; nieces, Kathy Pursifull (Bernie) and Sylvia Bayless, Middlesboro, KY, Cindy Evans (David), Cumberland Gap, TN; Elizabeth Harlow (Jonathon) and Debbie Matthews, Louisville, KY and Katherine Norris (John), Taylorsville, KY; great-nieces, Millie Pursifull, Laura Hoskins (Bobby), Chloe McMurray, Madison and Savannah Norris, Ashley and Andrea Matthews; great-nephews, Chris Evans, Adam Pursifull, Joe Bayless (Raechel)and their children, Shelby, Hunter and Kaylee, Jason Bayless (Jessica) and their children Lane and Luke and many cousins.

Her funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Highlands Family- Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with burial in Resthaven Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Highlands.
