STICH, Robert J., 85, of Louisville, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2014 at Mercy Sacred Heart.
Born in Louisville, he was a Construction Superintendent at David Engineering, Banta Construction, Garst-Receveur Construction and others. He was a member of Southeast Christian Church, Moose Club, and avid golfer and former member of Woodhaven Country Club. He was an avid pool player, and was a member of the APA and LAP leagues.
Robert is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte Stich; beloved pet, Sheree; sons, Bobby Stich (Jan), Gary Stich (Manuela) and Gregory Stich; step-daughters, Janet Scott (David) and Rhonda Perry (Jeff); brothers, Raymond “Moe” Stich (Edna), James Stich, and Charles “CJ” Stich (Betty); 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
His funeral service will be at 2:00 pm Tuesday, August 5 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Monday at Highlands.
