REASOR, SAMUEL R., 88, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at Baptist Hospital East.
Born in Olinger Lee County, VA, he was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran and a retired merchandise buyer for the Kling Company. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Corbin, KY, a member of Bethany Baptist Church, Louisville, and a 32nd degree Mason of Lodge #187, Barbourville, KY.
He is survived by his wife, the former Reba Simpson; brother, Baker Reasor (Siggie); sons, Samuel D. Reasor (Leigh) and Ralph T. Reasor (Barbara); and three grandchildren, Jennifer, Karyn and Andy.
His funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Friday at Highlands.
