FARLEY, Scott Howard, 26, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Eunice and Howard White and Kate and Bill Farley.
Scott received his Bachelor of Arts in 2007 and Bachelor of Science in 2008 from UofL. In 2009, he graduated from Bellarmine University with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He was a Registered Nurse at Our Lady of Peace. He ran a mini marathon in 2006 and participated in the Sprint and Olympic Triathlon in 2011.
He is survived by his parents, Scott and Mary White Farley; sister, Sarah Elizabeth Farley and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Scott’s funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West, at a later date. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-8 at Highlands.
