KIDD, Terri Anne, 48, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2016.
Born in Richardson, TX, she was a graduate of YPAS, where she played French Horn, attended University of Kentucky and graduated from University of Louisville. She was a U.S. Army veteran and a welder and first responder for Jeff Boat. Terri was a breast cancer survivor, enthusiastic animal rescuer and would give anyone the shirt off her back.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest “Terry” Kidd.
Terri is survived by her loving partner of 20 years, Tina Baxter; mother and stepfather, Barbara and Steve Hale; sisters, Dorothy M. Riggs (Rickie) and Virginia E. Jolly; nephew, Ernest Riggs; aunt, Gloria Costanzo; and numerous loving cousins and friends.
Her funeral service will be at 1 pm Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Wednesday at Highlands Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
