PUTHUFF,
Thelma Marie, 76, of Louisville, passed away Friday, May 30, 2014.
She was the former Thelma Marie Ridge, a homemaker, member of St. John Lutheran Church and a volunteer for the KY Center for the Arts.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Walter Fetter Puthuff; and parents, Joseph and Goldie Ridge.
Thelma is survived by her daughters, Denise Puthuff (John Timmons) and Dianna Mazzoni (David) and one grandchild, Katherine.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
