I have great memories of times at your home, and your Dad's quiet laugh, & his many tapes & notes! I still have many of them! No matter how old we may be, it still hurts to lose a parent. Your Dad loved all of you so much; you were his world, and now he is reunited with your Mom, AND especially with Our Lord JESUS, no more pain, diabetes, loneliness, only glorious music, joy, and peace! And the best gospel quartets in the universe! I know you are sad and hurting, please know you are all lifted up in prayer for strength & comfort. He enjoyed listening to the students quote the Bible and facts about it. He would just smile when they answered correctly. He was a good man and loved the Lord.

Many a Sunday afternoon was spent in family sing-a-longs around the piano; your mother playing, my Dad, Uncle Bob, Aunt Bessie, Aunt Belle, your Grandfather, and we their children, cousins, all lifting our voices together in song, as others in family listened! What great singing!!
